Retail Phenomenon
The way the consumers shop and interact with brands today is reflection of the past when instaed of the customers going to the store, the brands would come to the customer. India was a hotbed for luxury brands during the Raj, when Brands like Cartier, Rolex would travel miles to sell their goods to the rich customers.
That's what is happening now, using the digital tools and channels, they demand that retailers be wherever they are: at home, at work, travelling, even just waiting in a queue.
